Delivery Policy
Upon delivery, you may need to confirm receipt of the products by providing your signature to our delivery personnel. It is essential to inspect the parcel's packaging and verify that the seal is intact before signing for the received products. If you observe any damage or a broken seal, you have the option to refuse acceptance and not sign for the products.

In the event that you are unavailable at your specified delivery address, you can track the status of your shipment by logging into your account or visiting the carrier's website. If multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts occur or you fail to collect the order from a designated location within the carrier's stipulated timeframe, Island & Prima reserves the right to dispose of the order, and no refunds will be provided.

Island & Prima deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. We do not cater to any special packaging at this moment.

Island & Prima are only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place your order separately for each unique address.

Island & Prima will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

We have strict quality control. All items will be checked to ensure in good condition before ship out.



Shipping Charge and Delivery Lead Time
The shipping cost for Courier Delivery is automatically calculated based on the total weight of the items in your cart. This cost is displayed before you proceed with payment. All online purchases and orders are exclusively delivered through Best Express. Shipping cost details are as follows:



  • West Malaysia: Next 1 to 3 business days from the delivery day
  • West Malaysia: Next 1 to 3 business days from the delivery day

Island & Prima is committed to delivering your purchased products as quickly as possible. Orders are processed immediately upon transaction confirmation and dispatched by our designated carrier from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.



How to Track Your Order
Please locate your tracking number from the delivery confirmation email or by logging into your user account. Alternatively, visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number in the tracking widget to view the status of your order delivery. Allow a few hours after receiving the delivery confirmation email for the system to update the delivery status.

In case of any delays, it will be indicated on the carrier’s website. If a week has passed since receiving the confirmation email without a status update, kindly contact our customer service for further assistance.
